Affiliate Program Terms

By joining the Platmart Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms.

1. Commission

You earn 20% of the net revenue from every merchant you refer, for as long as they remain a paying subscriber.

2. Payment

Commissions are paid upon your payout request when you reach minimum threshold of $100. Payouts are made via Mantle payouts (powered by Stripe Connect) to your bank account.

3. Attribution

Referrals are tracked via your unique affiliate link.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use paid ads that bid on “Platmart” or our app names.
• Misrepresent yourself as Platmart or an employee.
• Engage in spamming, fake reviews, or deceptive marketing.
• Self-refer or refer stores you own or control.

5. Termination & Right of Refusal

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate your participation at any time, at our discretion. You may leave the program at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

The affiliate program is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Rocket SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in the program. Our total liability shall not exceed the commissions actually paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

8. Program Changes

We may modify or discontinue these terms or any aspect of the program at any time. Continued participation means you accept any updates.
