These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platmart website (the “Site”) and our Shopify applications, including Color Swatches, Bulk Price Editor, and Size Charts (collectively, the “Apps”). Together, the Site and Apps are referred to as the “Services.”
By accessing the Site or installing our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
All content on this Site (text, images, logos, software) is the property of Trade Rocket SL or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the website or the information.
Our Apps are distributed through the Shopify App Store. Your use of the Apps is also subject to Shopify’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Billing for our Apps is handled directly by Shopify.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Apps for your Shopify store in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps.
We strive to keep our Apps available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, Shopify platform changes, and other factors may affect availability. We provide support via email at support@platmart.io and live chat during business hours.
From time to time, we may offer beta, early access, or experimental features. These features are provided “as is” without any warranty, may contain bugs or errors, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. By using beta features, you accept additional risk that they may not work as expected and may affect your store data. We strongly recommend extra caution - including additional backups - before using any feature marked as beta or early access.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trade Rocket SL disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

Our Apps interact with your Shopify store data (products, variants, prices, images, orders, and other store information) as needed to provide the Services. While we take reasonable care to handle your data responsibly, you acknowledge and agree that:

These limitations apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory.
You must notify us in writing of any claim within thirty (30) days of discovering the issue giving rise to the claim. Failure to provide timely notice constitutes a waiver of such claim to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trade Rocket SL, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) any dispute between you and a third party relating to the Services.
Trade Rocket SL shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, power failures, internet disruptions, Shopify platform outages or changes, government actions, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, through a notice in the App or via email).
If you are dissatisfied with the Services or believe they have caused harm, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using and uninstall the applicable App. This does not limit your right to seek damages subject to the limitations described in Section 6, but no other remedies (including specific performance, injunctive relief against Trade Rocket SL, or claims for damages exceeding the caps set forth herein) are available to you.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, including but not limited to reverse engineering, competitive analysis, or any activity that threatens the integrity of our Services. Refunds for terminated accounts will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Upon termination, your license to use the Apps ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to: Disclaimer of Warranties, Your Data and Backups, Limitation of Liability, Sole Remedy, Indemnification, and Governing Law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
