Platmart (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides Shopify applications including Color Swatches, Bulk Price Editor, and Size Charts (the “Apps”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you install or use the Apps in connection with your Shopify store.
This policy applies to all Platmart apps published in the Shopify App Store.
When you install and use the Apps, we may access and process certain information from your Shopify account, depending on the features you use and the permissions (scopes) you grant, such as:

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Apps and store certain information.
We are unable to control what any third party does with your personal information. Some third parties are located in different jurisdictions than either you or us and thus your personal information and the protection thereof may become subject to the laws of such jurisdiction in which that third party is located.

We keep store data only as long as needed to provide the Apps’ services.
Backups and price-change history: We store price change history and backups for up to 21 days after you uninstall the App. This allows you to reinstall and roll back changes if needed. After this period, this data is deleted.
Other data: Some technical logs and records (for example security logs) may be retained for longer where necessary for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
