Platmart (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides Shopify applications including Platmart Swatches, Platmart Price Editor, and Platmart Size Charts (“the Apps”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you install or use our Apps in connection with your Shopify store.
This policy applies to all Platmart apps published in the Shopify App Store.
Information We Collect
When you install and use the Apps, we automatically access certain information from your Shopify account, such as:
- Store name and URL
- Store contact information (e.g. email, phone number, address)
- Shopify plan, currency, and timezone
- Product, variant, and collection details
- Order data (only when necessary for the App’s functionality)
We do not collect or store customer personal information unless it is essential for the App to work.
We also store the history of price changes and backups for up to 21 days after you uninstall the App. This allows you to reinstall and roll back changes if needed. After this period, all related data is permanently deleted.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information solely to:
- Provide and improve the functionality of the Apps
- Offer customer support
- Ensure the Apps work correctly with your Shopify store
We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Sharing of Information
We may share limited information with trusted service providers (e.g. hosting, support tools, error tracking, analytics) who help us operate and improve the Apps. These providers include services such as Bento, Plausible, PostHog, and Mantle. They only access data as needed to provide their services and are bound by confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information if required to comply with applicable laws or lawful requests.
Data Retention
We keep your store data only as long as needed to provide the Apps’ services. Data is deleted automatically within 21 days after uninstall. You may also request deletion earlier by contacting us.
Your Rights
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal information. You can also uninstall the Apps at any time, which removes our access to your store data.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices, legal requirements, or other operational reasons. Any updates will be posted on this page.

The Apps are operated by Trade Rocket SL (Spain), which is the data controller responsible for processing activities related to your personal information.
