3. App Terms of Service

3.1 Relationship with Shopify

Our Apps are distributed through the Shopify App Store. Your use of the Apps is also subject to Shopify’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Billing for our Apps is handled directly by Shopify.

3.2 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Apps for your Shopify store in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps.

3.3 Subscriptions and Billing

• Charges: App fees are billed through your Shopify invoice.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store. Shopify handles all billing and refund requests.

3.4 Service Availability and Support

We strive to keep our Apps available 24/7, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We provide support via email at [email protected] 24/7.

3.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Rocket SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Apps. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
