Cancel or uninstall

Done with the app for now? You have two options: switch to the Free plan (keeps everything) or uninstall (starts a 90-day countdown on your data).

Cancel your subscription

1. Open the Billing page in the app.
2. Switch to the Free plan.

The paid subscription ends immediately and Shopify stops billing you. The app stays installed and functional within Free plan limits, and all your tasks, sales, and rollback backups stay intact. Upgrade again whenever you need it.

Note

If you’re pausing bulk price editing rather than leaving for good, this is the better option. Your task history and rollbacks are kept indefinitely while the app is installed.

What happens after uninstall

Caution

Disable active sales and let the restore finish before uninstalling. Uninstalling doesn’t restore prices - if a sale is running, the discounted prices stay in your store, and the app can no longer restore them unless you reinstall.

Uninstalling doesn’t touch your prices - every change the app made stays in Shopify.

Your tasks and sales data is kept for 90 days after uninstall. Reinstall within that window and you can still roll back any task or disable a sale.

After 90 days, all task and sale data is permanently deleted. Your prices remain as they were, but rollback is no longer possible.
